Legal Warranty Terms

This warranty is provided in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws and does not limit or exclude statutory consumer rights.

The warranty covers only defects existing at the time of delivery or resulting from manufacturing faults.

Cut & Roll shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data

• Damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance or unauthorized repairs

Spare parts, blades, cutting elements and other consumable components are excluded from warranty coverage.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with purchases made through the Cut & Roll website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
