Payment Terms

We accept PayPal, ZEN, online card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfers. All orders must be paid in full before processing.

Return & Refund Policy

Only unused, unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Used items will not be accepted. The buyer bears return shipping costs unless due to our error.

Limitation of Liability

CUT AND ROLL S.C. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, or damages from website use or misuse.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in Polish courts.

Shipping Terms and Customs Responsibility

All shipments are under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms 2020. We deliver goods to the destination, but customs duties, import taxes, and all clearance costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

The buyer must:

Understand their local import regulations
Pay all customs and clearance costs
Cooperate with their customs broker
Provide accurate information when needed

CUT AND ROLL S.C. is not liable for delays or penalties due to non-compliance.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, labor strikes, or government actions.
