Legal Basis for Returns

This return policy is established in accordance with:

• Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights

• Directive (EU) 2019/771 on contracts for the sale of goods

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers residing within the European Union.

Cut & Roll reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, incomplete packaging, or has been returned without prior notification.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
